1. Eligibility

• Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of GTAC or the GTAC Foundation are not eligible.
• Entrants must be in good standing with the IRS (up-to-date tax filings and no unresolved tax issues).
• Entrants must have verifiable proof of income demonstrating financial readiness for vehicle or mortgage funding.
• Entrants must be in good legal standing (no pending criminal cases, active bankruptcies, or civil judgments).
• Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

• Entry is free; no purchase or payment is required.
• Entrants must complete the official entry form with accurate, verifiable contact information.
• Bonus entries are earned through verified referrals — each successful referral counts as one additional entry.
• Automated, duplicate, or fraudulent entries are strictly prohibited.

3. Referral Program & Bonus Entries

• Referrals must be real individuals who complete a valid entry form.
• GTAC reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all referrals and disqualify false or automated submissions.
• Each verified referral increases the entrant’s odds of winning but does not guarantee selection.

4. Prizes

Grand Prize

• One (1) winner will receive $50,000 in Down Payment Assistance (“Assistance Fund”).
• The winner may select one (1) verified referred entrant (“Companion Winner”) to receive an equal $50,000 Assistance Fund.
• Total potential assistance distributed: $100,000.

Additional Prizes

• GTAC memberships, courses, and coaching programs may be awarded to additional participants as secondary prizes.

5. Nature & Distribution of Down Payment Assistance

• The Assistance Fund is awarded as a financial grant or service credit toward verified down payment or readiness expenses.
• Funds are not issued as unrestricted cash and will be disbursed directly to approved dealerships, lenders, or closing entities.
• GTAC management retains sole discretion over the amount, timing, and method of all distributions.
• Disbursement may occur in phases following documentation review, readiness verification, and compliance checks.

6. Verification Requirements

Before receiving any prize or assistance, winners must provide:

• Valid government-issued ID proving U.S. residency.
• Proof of income (pay stubs, W-2s, or recent tax returns).
• Proof of IRS good standing, such as current filing transcripts.
• Any other documentation reasonably requested by GTAC for compliance and verification purposes.
  Failure to comply within ten (10) business days will result in prize forfeiture.

7. Forfeiture & Termination of Eligibility

GTAC reserves the right to revoke or terminate prize eligibility if:

• The winner provides false or incomplete information.
• New negative financial events (collections, charge-offs, or delinquencies) arise after selection.
• The winner is not in IRS good standing or fails to provide verifiable income.
• The winner is involved in criminal or unethical activity that may damage GTAC’s reputation.
• The winner refuses to participate in required publicity or verification steps.
  In such cases, GTAC may select an alternate winner.

8. Winner Selection, Notification, & Live Announcement

• Winners are selected at random from all eligible entries using a verifiable randomization process.
• Winners will be announced during a live online GTAC event (“Live Announcement”).
• Attendance at the Live Announcement is mandatory for prize eligibility.
  • Winners must be present when their names are called.
  • Winners must be able to join a live video interview immediately following the announcement.
• Winners who fail to attend, cannot be reached during the live broadcast, or refuse the live interview will forfeit their prize, and a new winner will be selected.
• All live sessions may be streamed publicly, recorded, and used for future GTAC promotional materials.

9. Free Membership Benefit

• All entrants receive free GTAC membership access until they achieve both Car Loan Readiness and Mortgage Loan Readiness, as defined by GTAC’s readiness criteria.
• Free access includes education, webinars, and coaching, but excludes third-party costs or lender fees.
• Once readiness milestones are achieved, continued access may convert to a paid plan or be discontinued voluntarily.

10. Publicity & Promotional Participation

• Winners agree to participate in all GTAC promotional and media activities, including live interviews, social media appearances, video testimonials, and press coverage.
• Winners grant GTAC unrestricted rights to use their name, likeness, photo, video, story, and voice for marketing and publicity without further compensation.
• Refusal to participate in promotional activities or interviews will result in forfeiture.

11. Guarantees & Disclaimers

• GTAC is not a credit repair organization and does not charge for credit repair services.
• Membership fees, if applicable, are for education, literacy, and mentorship only.
• Complimentary credit repair support is provided separately through the GTAC Foundation, a nonprofit entity.
• GTAC makes no guarantee of credit score increase, loan approval, or financial outcome.

12. Taxes

• Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prizes.
• GTAC will issue tax forms (e.g., Form 1099) for all reportable amounts as required by law.

13. General Conditions

• GTAC may modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time for technical or legal reasons.
• GTAC’s decisions regarding eligibility, verification, and disbursement are final and binding.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

14. Privacy
