GTAC 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

  1. Guarantee Overview

GTAC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers a 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee to eligible members enrolled in a paid GTAC membership program.

If, after six (6) consecutive months of active membership, a member believes they are not on a better financial journey, the member may request a refund subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

If approved, GTAC will:

  1. Refund 100% of membership fees actually paid during the six-month period; and
  2. Continue providing GTAC educational services at no cost for an additional six (6) months, subject to the limitations described in Section 6.

This guarantee reflects GTAC’s commitment to education, guidance, and financial empowerment. It does not guarantee specific credit scores, approvals, or financial outcomes.

 

  1. Definition of “Better Financial Journey”

For purposes of this guarantee, a “better financial journey” means measurable progress in financial knowledge, habits, or positioning, which may include (but is not limited to):

  • Improved understanding of the U.S. credit system
  • Increased financial literacy and awareness
  • Improved budgeting, debt management, or financial discipline
  • Better financial decision-making and positioning

A “better financial journey” does not require:

  • A specific credit score increase
  • Loan or credit approval
  • Any guaranteed financial result
  1. Eligibility Requirements (Active Participation & Good Faith)

To qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee, the member must demonstrate active participation and good faith effort throughout the six-month period, including all of the following:

  • Maintaining an active, paid membership in good standing for six consecutive months
  • Completing or attending a reasonable portion of available educational content, including:
    • Courses
    • Webinars
    • Coaching or group sessions
    • Educational modules
  • Logging into the GTAC member portal and engaging with materials consistently
  • Making a good faith effort to follow GTAC’s educational guidance

Minimal, passive, or token participation does not qualify for the guarantee.

 

  1. Refund Request Process
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days following the completion of the initial six-month period.
  • Requests must include:
    • Member name and account information
    • A written statement confirming dissatisfaction despite active participation

If approved:

  • Refunds apply only to membership fees actually paid
  • Refunds do not include taxes, third-party fees, or transaction processing fees
  • Refunds will be issued within thirty (30) business days, using the original payment method where possible

Members agree to submit refund requests directly to GTAC and not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes while a refund request is under review.

 

  1. Fair Use Policy (What the Guarantee Does Not Cover)

The Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to circumstances outside GTAC’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • New negative credit items, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, or public records added after enrollment
  • Missed or late payments, defaults, or financial decisions made contrary to GTAC educational guidance
  • Independent actions taken by the member that negatively impact financial standing
  • Lender underwriting decisions, interest rates, approvals, or denials
  • Changes in employment, income, marital status, health, or economic conditions
  • Market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or lender policy changes

GTAC does not guarantee credit score increases, loan approvals, interest rates, or financial outcomes.

 

  1. Complimentary Additional Six-Month Access (Limitations)

If a refund is approved, the additional six (6) months of complimentary access is provided as a goodwill extension and is subject to the following limitations:

  • Access is limited to standard educational content
  • Complimentary access does not include:
    • Premium services
    • One-on-one coaching
    • Customized financial planning
    • Any services requiring additional staff resources
  • GTAC reserves the right to define the scope of complimentary access

This limitation ensures fairness, sustainability, and availability of resources for all members.

 

  1. Credit Repair Disclaimer

GTAC is not a credit repair organization and does not charge for credit repair services.

  • Membership fees cover financial literacy education, courses, coaching, webinars, and educational resources
  • Any complimentary credit repair services are provided separately by GTAC Foundation, a nonprofit organization
  • Refund eligibility is based solely on participation in GTAC’s educational services, not the outcome of any nonprofit or third-party services
  1. Abuse Prevention & Limitation

GTAC reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the guarantee
  • Multiple refund requests by the same individual
  • Lack of good faith participation
  • Knowingly false, misleading, or malicious statements intended to harm GTAC’s reputation
  • Violations of GTAC’s Terms of Service or Code of Conduct

Each member is eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee one (1) time only.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTAC’s total liability under this guarantee shall not exceed the total membership fees actually paid by the member during the six-month period.

GTAC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

  1. Amendment Rights

GTAC reserves the right to modify or update this Satisfaction Guarantee for future memberships.
Any changes will not affect guarantees already in progress.

 

  1. Governing Law

This Satisfaction Guarantee shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

 

  1. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a GTAC membership, the member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Satisfaction Guarantee Terms & Conditions.
